List your HYROX gym on RaceFit – free, with an optional Featured pilot
RaceFit Gyms is a new, independent directory of HYROX Training Clubs in the UK & Europe, built around race venues. We're early: we're inviting a small number of founding gyms to help shape Featured listings. Your gym may already be listed – claiming it is free.

- Claim: fill in the form below. We check you're connected to the gym (an email from the gym's domain, or the contact details on its website) before changing anything.
- Days 1–30: Featured is switched on by hand, normally within 24 hours of confirmation. No payment details are taken.
- Day 31: Featured simply switches off and you keep the free listing. Nothing is charged unless you opt in by subscribing with one of the links below.
- Rotation: if several gyms are Featured on the same page, they share the Featured slot in a rotating order, each clearly labelled “Featured”. The regular list below stays in its normal order and is never paid-for.
- Cancel any time: email [email protected] and we cancel your subscription in Stripe so you aren't billed again; Featured runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
Featured prices
Prefer to skip the pilot, or want to keep Featured after it? Subscribe here. Same Featured placement as the pilot; payments are handled by Stripe and we never see your card details. UK gyms use pounds; gyms in the EU use euros.
United Kingdom (GBP)
Monthly: £20/month
First month free with code FIRSTMONTH (already filled in when you use this button). Your first monthly invoice is £0, then £20/month. One use per new customer, first 10 gyms only. Stripe asks for card details at checkout.
Yearly: £200/year
Paid once a year: £40 less than 12 months at £20. The yearly checkout doesn't take discount codes.
Europe (EUR)
Monthly: €23/month
First month free with code FIRSTMONTH (pre-filled). First invoice €0, then €23/month. Same first-10-gyms limit as the UK offer. Use this if your gym is in NL, FR, DE, IT, BE, SE or FI.
Yearly: €230/year
Paid once a year: €46 less than 12 × €23. Yearly checkout doesn't take discount codes.
All plans renew until you cancel. To cancel, email [email protected]; Featured stays live to the end of the period you've paid for. After paying, we'll email you within 24 hours to collect your class times, visitor price and booking link. EUR prices are round-euro equivalents of the UK £20 / £200 plans (~1.15 FX; yearly = 10× monthly).
Questions gym owners ask
- Do I need to pay to be listed?
- No. Every HYROX Training Club in the finder is listed free, and claiming your listing is free.
- What's the difference between the pilot and paying?
- The 30-day pilot needs no card and switches off on day 31. Subscribing keeps Featured on until you cancel. With FIRSTMONTH, your first monthly invoice is £0 or €0.
- Does paying change the regular list or what you say about my gym?
- No. Featured is a separate, labelled slot. The regular list keeps its normal order, and prices we show are the ones on your own website.
- Where does the Featured card appear?
- At the top of your city page, and on the race pages for any listed race venue within 25 km of your gym.
- Which currency should I pick?
- UK gyms: GBP (£20 / £200). Gyms in the Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Sweden or Finland: EUR (€23 / €230).
Honest numbers
We're a new site and don't have meaningful traffic figures yet, so we won't quote any. Privacy-friendly page-view analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, no cookies) is now on. Monthly Featured reports will start once profile-view and outbound-click events are confirmed in those reports; until then we will not quote traffic figures. Reports will cover profile views and outbound clicks to your website or booking page (not confirmed bookings).
